This showy sport of ‘Sweet Dreams’ PP12720 has overwintered in our trial gardens in zone 5b (sandy soil, reliable snow cover), though it may need some protection in harsher climates.
In our gardens, vibrant magenta pink flowers with a darker purple eye and orange center were produced all summer long atop a semi-upright mound of green, threadleaf foliage. Combine it with orange Echinaceas and purple Veronicas for a lively display all summer long.
Coreopsis is easy to grow, making it a good choice for beginners. One plant will provide you with long-lasting cut flower bouquets all summer long.
