Thalictrum kiusianum

Common Name: Kyushu Meadow Rue

This Japanese native is a choice plant for use as a small-scale groundcover. It stays fairly small and spreads slowly. Dainty, airy clusters of pinkish-purple flowers appear throughout the summer just above the small, delicate-looking, green leaves. An excellent companion for miniature hostas such as H. 'Pandora's Box'.
